I purchased my Audi from another state. The communication of all the information was well taken care of, and I even had a trade-in. Talked to the sales manager Pete, and he did an evaluation of my trade and gave me a most probable trade number. We made the deal over the phone, and I sent the deposit. A few days later, I took the trip to Rochester. I was greeted at the door by Kara, my sales representative. Before arriving, Kara contacted me via text and collected all the information that was needed to complete the transaction. She was extremely thorough, accurate, and friendly. They looked at my trade and showed me all the numbers that matched our phone conversations, and the deal was done. Painless efficient and rather enjoyable. Kara showed the operation of the car and went over some setup options we were done. I was back on my way home with my new car and a great experience. I can't say enough about how everyone was very comprehensive and knew exactly what needed done and did it. Pete got it all together, and Kara took care of the details! Great job!

I had a fantastic service experience here with my A6. The technician Rob found a potential safety issue with one of my tires while I had it in for routine service. We decided that it would make the most sense to replace the set and they were able to source my preferred brand right away. Service advisor Chris Dean was thorough, professional, honest, and made everything seamless.
