Fantastic Car Service Experience!! I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a deer while on my way to go camping, resulting in significant damage to the front of my van. However, I was fortunate to have chosen the services of this auto shop, from which I purchased my Toyota Highlander 4 years ago. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional level of service I received! From beginning to end, everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and without any complications. First and foremost, I was amazed at the remarkable speed with which they completed the repairs. They wasted no time in getting my car back on the road. I didn't have to endure waiting for weeks as the repairs were swiftly taken care of. What truly stood out to me was the seamless process they provided. From the moment of the accident with the deer, they took care of everything, from towing to paperwork and even communications with my insurance company. They handled nearly every aspect, relieving me of unnecessary stress and ensuring a smooth transaction between the repair costs and my coverage. Great experience buying a car there today! A few days ago we came by to see the car and they were super nice and quick, let us take it for a test drive within minutes of being there. We asked to take the car to a mechanic to have it checked out, which is the number 1 thing that is important to me when buying a used car, and they had no issue with it whatsoever and let us set up a day to do it without any problems at all. Paulo and Tyler were the two we spent the most time talking with and they were very helpful and very kind the entire time. I've had plenty of pushy and rude sales people experiences buying cars and these guys did it right! The rest of the staff there was great too from the guy who first let us test drive (Carlos I think) to the lady who I think is part owner and took my deposit to hold the car over the weekend until the banks opened after the holiday. They were all fantastic. Next time I'm in the market for a used car I'll be checking their inventory for sure. Well done 1 OAK Autos. Thanks for the great experience.
