I was in a pickle when the turbo went out on my 2017 Buick Encore and it was on National back order. I had no choice but to buy another car. I believe the young man who helped me was Walter. What a nice man. He put me I a 2022 Buick Encore which I love just like my 2017. I just had my oil changed and tire rotation. What a great bunch of people you have there. So far you have me hooked. If we could give this dealership 10 stars, we would. From start to finish, everyone there went over and above to make an impossible deal happen so we could get my daughter her first car. Without even being asked, the salesman, Darrell, even parked her car out front and put a huge bow on the hood. Darrell was knowledgeable, patient, and determined to ensure a seamless experience for us. Rick is a magician and I'm not quite sure how he got us the deals he did, but when another dealership in town told us that what we were trying to accomplish was impossible, he worked tirelessly to make it happen. We can't see buying a vehicle at any other dealership going forward. There was no part of our experience here that we can complain about, and we could not be more grateful!
