This was hands down the BEST experience I have EVER had in ANY state. The manager Shawn was phenomenal and my sales rep was Alex and he went above and beyond. Professional and highly respected. Alex had taken the time to understand and get to know myself and what I wanted not what was best for his the company or his gain. Honest and upright from start to end. I don’t usually enjoy buying cars at the dealerships, I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other dealers-but Phil Long was different in a great way. I worked with James throughout the process of ordering a new vehicle, he was communicative every step of the way. When it came time to purchase he made things quick, easy and enjoyable.
