Ty at Quality Mazda was efficient and professional but also very welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and even made sure our two boys were comfortable and had everything they needed. We came prepared to spend the whole day at the dealership but left within 2 hours. The staff was fast and thorough and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be going back in the future and recommending our friends and family to go see Ty for their vehicle needs

My oil change was done correctly and the staff very nice approachable and respectful. Which is hard to get now a days as far as customer service is concerned. I'm a little thrown back that the technician did not reset my notification center it still says I'm past due for service and they recommended changing my back windshield wiper but didn't bother to check the front windshield which is the ones I do need replaced. Over all I've been doing service with Quality for a long time and I'm satisfied. Sure wish they would of reset my service due but I'll go back when I get the chance.

I Love to come to Quality Mazda. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean with beverages and a comfy waiting area if getting service. I just bought a new 2024 Mazda 3 T premium plus and worked hard to get a good deal. Omar kept his cool with me the entire time, always polite. I’m so happy with my purchase! Thanks Quality Mazda!

Last minutes walk in but was received with smiles on their faces. I received quality care care as well. My only con is that I didn't get my car washed and the interior cleaned as I used to get in Houston with routine car services. I was informed NM is in drought. Still I would have appreciated an interior vaccuum but again I walked in when they were closed so no bid deal about that at all. I highly recommend them to you if you own a Mazda in the Albuquerque area.

Not over exaggerating, Quality Mazda has the best customer service of any car dealership I have ever dealt with. Service department is amazing, super transparent, they send you a video of everything they notice when performing your service and everything they did. I’ve been asked if I would like coffee or water by every employee who has noticed me in the lobby as I wait for my oil change, everyone is SUPER friendly. I also don’t feel like I got robbed at all when I bought my car unlike every other experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend.
