The day we reached out, she was super responsive and emailed me all the info on the car and sent me the final numbers in writing, per my request. There were no fluff fees like the other dealerships we'd visited. It was just the basics and her transparency from the beginning made me feel like I could trust her. We test drove the car and loved it. I had the car professionally inspected at the dealership and they were all very accommodating. The car needed new tires and an oil change and Gigi took care of that without me even asking. We bought the car and she had it delivered to me along with the paperwork which saved me a ton of time. The whole process was super easy and stress free. I would absolutely buy from them again and would refer my friends to them. Gigi is amazing and I plan to work with her again next time!
