I recently just purchased one of my dream trucks from Cale cross. An 22 f450. I will be the first to say this guy stands by his word. And gets it done. After buying 70 plus cars. I would say this dealership is top 3 in my experiences. Also Susan in finance is such a doll and doesn’t play games ether. Tells you what you need and what you don’t. Isn’t there to make a buck off you.

Our experience at Kendall was scary smooth! We did some price comparison and dealer shopping before heading to Kendall. The process was smooth and haggle free. Chuck didn't change features or take things away when we asked about rebates and incentives as another dealer had done. He was transparent and up front about things. We not only found the best price at Kendall, but we ended up also having the best experience.

Recently purchased an Expedition from their lot. Offloaded a vehicle that was in their shop for more repairs (it was not an trustworthy ride). The general manager, Robb, was able to straighten out a discrepancy between their shop and me the previous day to ensure that I didn't have any expense from the old ride's mystery problems. The salesman, Cale Cross, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Signing all the paperwork was a blast as the lady that helped me was fantastic and personable with the whole deal. I would not have trouble going here for my next ride. The Kendall experience is a huge positive for sure.
