I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the entire staff at my local Chevrolet dealer. From the receptionist, to the salesman that approached me as I checked out the latest version of my car. However, the highlight of the visit was Night Service Manager, David B. He really made me feel like they actually valued my being there. That, along with the oil change service was very appreciated.

Ashley was literally the best!! She helped me out a lot. As so did her manager! Super friendly! And great customer service! I’m so happy I got my car from Chevrolet. I would definitely recommend to anybody that needs a car to come here. They will do the best they can to get you in the car you want :)

It is up and down. I have a great experience with Kevin my sales person and love Johnny manager in service . Girl in service should not be in customer service at all. Has problems with just doing what she says she will do. Never mind what she is suppose to do. But do think they are great with prices and need to give props to the good ones that are there.

04/ 03/ 2024 - Today I brought in my truck because there was an issue with the carpet. Took it to Rydell In Northridge yesterday & they said they could not help me since i didn't get the truck from them. I took it to Antelope Valley Chevrolet & they were very courteous & helpful. Johnny Lopez told me not to worry. They would replace the carpet for me. After being a loyal Chevy customer at Rydell for 24 years, I'm disappointed that they would not help me because I got the truck from another Chevy dealer. A Chevy is a Chevy & should not matter which dealer you got it from. You are still representing Chevy. 02/10/2024-The only thing I think you need to work on is the wait time for finance. Thanks to Jay & Kevin for helping us get our Chevy Silverado Z71 LTZ. I love this truck.

We were walk ins in need of a remote and key programming. The Service person quoted us a price and wait time which we were in agreement with. The Service department finished our vehicle sooner than expected. The entire experience was excellent .
