I have been here twice ,once for a alignment and again later for some tire issues, both times Rod took care of my car very inexpensively. I am definitely coming back for all of my car care needs.. Thanks Rod !!

On a recent trip returning from Florida to Saint Louis my Chevy Volt took a nail in one of the tires. I had just placed 4 brand new Michelin high performance tires on the vehicle that have cost of $1100 about seven days ago. The tire pressure was dropping from 37 to 28 PSI after just 10 minutes of driving. We called multiple tire stores including Firestone only to find a four hour wait to plug a tire. One service center we stopped at had one car in the bay and said they could fix it if we came back in 4hrs. Now we are not in a major city so finding a place for repair is difficult. I just don’t think people understand service anymore. It has become acceptable to tell people to wait four hours to complete a task that takes 10mins. Concerned with being stuck on the highway we decided to look for an AutoZone to secure a can of fix-a-flat or Slime in hope of continuing our journey. These Items would make the tire useless but would allow us to keep driving. After explaining our state, they recommended Best Auto and even called to communicate we would be stopping by. Rod greeted us and without delay asked me to pull the car into the service bay. Some soapy water and additional air pressure we were able to locate the leak. Within minutes he pulled the nail and plugged the tire as needed. Tire pressure was raised to 37/38 and we were set. Rod without hesitation provided me the cost. I left Rod a tip equal to the repair cost to say thank you. If you're in need of simple tire repair or basic service, I can tell you that rod and the team at best auto sales will do everything possible to service your vehicle. In this case I was grateful to have met rod and his hands on approach to fixing the problem. This is a prime example of less talk and more action to complete a task. Please consider supporting this business. As I said I would.....Rod here is my review. Best wishes for your business, family and friends. Thank you again. Shawn Ballwin MO

Very professional and timely work. I brought my car last minute as walk-in and staff was very nice and helped me. They maintained me informed of all the process and also showed me future work that will be needed. Very good on communication, work, and time. Will highly recommend and use again!!
