Wow what a great experience working with The Great team Thank you so much Derrick Garcia and Justin Ulibarri . They were transparent and didn’t make the buying process stressful at all. Made it really easy to decide on the vehicle and showed us all the car fax and details full disclosure on the vehicle and other vehicles we were interested in looking at as well. They didn’t give us that creepy sales guy vibes coming onto the lot. Gave us our space to discuss and make a decision that alone gives em more stars !!!

New to the area and needed a trusted mechanic shop for my Toyota Land Cruiser. Asked quite a few people I met and visited a few shops , but wasn’t impressed. Then I found Auto Solution. The Techs / mechanics are knowledgeable experienced and easy to communicate with. I wanted to use a shop with a Toyota trained tech on the team which they had. They worked with me to get an appointment time / get me in timely. Prices are very fair, particularly relative to the new car Dealership accross the street which I twice failed to offer me a reasonable appointment and turnaround time …. or an upfront estimate. Staff at Auto Solution is helpful, courteous. So far I have used Auto Solution 5 different repairs / maintenance issues that I had on my list to keep my 2003 vehicle going strong . So far very happy. I care great deal about how and what is done to to my vehicle , so I may not be the easiest customer . To date , everything has met exceeded my expectations . It’s hard to find a good shop , glad I finally have.
