Niles was awesome to work with and his willingness to go the extra mile and show us everything about the different trims of the vehicle made it easy. A true professional. Excellent customer care and service with great communication. Tom the shop manager went above and beyond with all my car needs. I knew I was in good care with my car issues and they did all they could to help save on some of the costs. Thank you for taking such good care of all my car needs and it's issues. Stirling staff are friendly, efficient and competent. Their services and service policies far exceed expectations. We bought 2021 Nissan from Sterling. Even though they are a Honda dealership they gave us a first year service package. They took care to remove or repair all minor damages such as scratches and a broken hand hold bar. After today's service my wife was so pleased she commented that our next vehicle should be purchased at Stirling Honda
