These are vehicles that are typically flawed in some way. They are typically higher mileage, older, lower-priced vehicles. They are generally vehicles that we would otherwise wholesale to a small dealer or independent lot. They fall outside of our "Risk Free" vehicle guidelines but we have found that our customers have requested that we make these vehicles available as 2nd cars, college cars, "kid's" cars or other basic transportation to the public for retail sale. Some general guidelines:-basic oil change and safety inspection, we encourage you to have your own inspection done by a 3rd party if you so choose-they are priced with consideration of condition and possible repairs needed-they are sold without a warranty-they are offered for a limited time only-3-4 weeks-they are sold 100% AS-IS-they are also sold with our best price on the windshieldWhile there is always some risk in purchasing these types of vehicles, we feel that there is also a great opportunity for you the consumer to get a great deal. Best car buying experience ever!! GO SEE Dylan Hardy!! Absolute Best sales rep in Bismarck. The transaction was smooth and he really knows his stuff! Literally in and out I knew what I wanted and he fought to get me the deal I wanted on a new truck!! I will definitely be back for more trucks in the future!

Great People to deal with here. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional. Colin is a great sales guy. Super patient and very informative. He’s supported by a great team. It’s refreshing to deal with some real professionals in a day and age where customer service is an afterthought in most industries. I bought this truck from a COMPLETELY different market, but it was worth the time and effort to get it shipped from these guys. THANK YOU ALL!

Andrew was my sales guy and was very helpful. If he didn't have an answer he'd go find it out and get back to me. We had an ongoing phone and text conversation. I bought the car online and the process was very smooth. I felt that I got a fair deal. I did have to wait a few days after I sent my down-payment for Eide to finalize my paperwork, which was kind of off-putting after Andrew had done such a great job 'setting the hook' and getting me excited. I'd recommend to Eide a process to ensure a smoother transition over the finish line for your online customers. Also, if you take advantage of their shipping option plan on it taking 2 weeks, no matter what they tell you during the sale. That will help to manage your expectations and you'll thank me later. My new car is great and I'm overall pleased with Eide to this point.

Brittany was absolutely amazing. She listened to my needs and wants and got me in to something beautiful! I love my FORD! Chris, in finance, was awesome! He made everything so easy and with no stress on getting a loan! It was literally quick and painless!

The whole process went smoothly, and the salesperson I worked with, Colin Bitz, was awesome. From the get-go, he did everything he could to provide me with all the info I needed. Since I was buying the vehicle without seeing it in person, Colin was super helpful in sending me detailed pictures and responding quickly to my requests. But here's where things went south. Eide had put brand-new tires on the vehicle I bought. I asked if I could swap them out for a set of 10-ply tires and even offered to pay extra for the inconvenience and the unmounting of the 10-ply tires. Colin went to talk to his manager, and guess what they said? They basically told me, "If you don't like the tires, don't buy the truck. We're not doing anything about it." Now, considering I bought a Ford and they're a Ford dealer, I thought it would be easy for them to put those tires on another trade-in truck. But no, they couldn't be bothered. Instead, I'm left with the choice of either buying a new set of tires and essentially wasting the brand-new ones they put on, or just dealing with the tires they gave me. Overall, the experience was good up until that point. Colin was great, and the finance guy was super friendly. But that whole tire situation left a bad taste in my mouth.
