Drove about 3 hours to look for Mercedes , unfortunately it was out of the budget but Giving a 5 star because not only was Brandon patient and understanding, but was honest and respectful from the beginning to end. I brought my Bronco in for a recall. While there Dave noticed a second recall that had just came in. He had them take care of the second one while I was there so I didn’t need to make a separate appointment and trip. He keep me up to date with everything and was understanding and helpful with giving me a time estimate when my bronco would be ready to drive home. Thank you to the service team for taking good care of my bronco.
