I recently purchased my 2016 RAM 2500 from this dealership. Overall the experience was quite good, with honest responses on damage, concerns, and my usual barrage of questions when inspecting a used vehicle. The salesman did an overall good job with prompt responses and worked to get my paperwork processed as fast as humanly possible, ensuring a smooth transaction. I wish other dealerships could follow this example of prompt attention and honest answers (Frisco Dodge did a horrendous job when I went to attempt to purchase a similar truck the day before). The only note of criticism I have is that they did not allow any negotiation whatsoever, even with me bringing a very fair and competitive cash offer. The truck is beautiful and was very well sorted. I would not hesitate to do business here again.

Saw a great deal online for a truck messaged after hours but still got a response that we could come in when they opened for a test drive. Came back from test drive that morning and bought the truck. Super fast transaction and great friendly service. Would definitely buy from them again!!
