I was needing my car looked at and they were SO easy to work with. They got my car fixed, oil changed, tires rotated and all in a timely manner! So impressed! Also helped my father pick out a new vehicle and got him signed and out the door in an hour!! 20/10 recommend Martindale Chevrolet in New Madrid!!

Bought our truck here last July. Jay was great to work to with. We told him what was looking for, and he got us in a 2020 Silverado. The parts and service department take care of their customers' auto care needs. We don't take Grizzly anywhere else to get oil changes or work done. Thanks, Martindale, and thank you, Jay!!

Appreciate your help! I was traveling for work and encountered a failing wheel hub bearing on my Silverado. Fortunately, I was only twenty minutes away and was able to make it there. The staff was super friendly and courteous. Good thing Martindale keeps a safety stock of parts on hand because I was out driving 2-hours later.
