My husband Tony, and I just purchased a new 2023 Envision from this dealership. We love the car, and took it home. When my husband, a retired, Navy veteran, mentioned that he would like to have a front bracket mounted on this car, to hold his Navy license plate, I called the dealership. The service manager, Keith Cox, personally called me back, when he got wind of our request. He told us to come in at our convenience, and he would mount the plate for us himself. The vice president of Betten Baker here had authorized the installation at no charge, as well. We went in this morning to have it done. Keith welcomed us w a hug, a handshake, and a smile, thanking Tony for his service. He personally did the work, and again, thanked us for coming into the dealership, and allowing him to help us. This, my friends, is a dealership w friendly staff and an exceptional service manager. I can't thank him enough for making my husband happy; not just for the work on the car, but the appreciation shown to him for his Navy service. This dealership has HEART!

Amos was amazing to work with! He knew exactly what I was looking for, he knew my price range and found the perfect car! I was so hopeful to have the car bought and ready to take on a weekend trip and he made it happen! Came in on his day off so I could have the car for the planned weekend. He was straight forward, honest, funny and made the process of buying a car not stressful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and seemed to be supportive of each other.
