I used to be a Honda technician up in Michigan, as someone who is new to the area I fully trust this dealership and the members of it. I will happily return with my civic! My check engine light came on, which is never fun for anyone. I was able to set up an appointment with AutoNation Honda so easily and for the next day, which is always a good start. I pulled in, met with Austin (who is great!) and had my problem fixed quickly and inexpensively. Things that I look for when getting my car repaired: 1) the atmosphere - AutoNation is bright, cheerful, friendly, and has (pretty good!) coffee and snacks for people who are waiting. 2) talking down - as a woman, I've been to many service centers where I would get talked down to or was given overpriced options. Having worked in a service center in the past, I had seen co-workers do the same to female customers. Austin was honest, sweet, explained the situation without talking down, and gave me all the details and options so I could make my own decision about what to get done. 3) forgetting me - even if the status of your car situation hasn't changed, it's nice for the associate to come in from time to time and keep you in the loop. Austin was very good with that, keeping me posted with updates and options. Also, I received texts! 4) price - although an expensive fix that had to be done, I was still given options, all the facts, and not pressured to make a fast decision. 5) follow up - I had to come in a couple of days later about some paperwork, and Austin was happy to help me. It took all of like 10 minutes to get the paperwork completed. THUMBS UP all the way around.

Every time I go to get my car serviced, Junior always makes me feel like family. I never felt as if I have bothered him with all my questions. He is quick to respond and is always so very helpful. The crew have not tried to sell me unnecessary services and have always done such a wonderful job.

I love my CR-V! I came in to just look as I was not sure and still a little on the fence and was met by Kenneth. He was super nice and was not pushy. He walked around the cars with me and aloud me to pick out what I wanted and was patient while I was being indecisive. On the test drive he answered all my questions and there was a lot and showed me all the features. I felt confident in my decision after that. Steve the financial manager was super nice and they worked together to get me the best deal and made sure I understood everything that was being purchased and aloud me make decisions based on my needs without making me feel pressured. I would highly recommend working with these guys.
