For anyone considering getting themselves a nice dependable truck, but is on the fence as to who to get it from, I want to say that you should seriously consider these guys at Ridley Auto Sales. I leave this review because I personally own a mechanic business out of Knoxville Tennessee and have dealt with all kinds of "shady dealers", especially whenever someone has just brought a car or truck into my shop and say they just bought it and now it's doing this or that, you have a problem and the dealership will say something like "that's your baby, you rock it" (actually was told that once), my point is, I've dealt with MANY shady dealers, but when I found the truck I wanted, I worked hard for the money i had to spend to get a truck, and needed a good one, not only did I find the best deal hands down, around my area for a NICE TRUCK, but after having drove the truck for a while there arose an unforseeable issue with my truck, I just knew upon contacting the dealership they would say "sold as is" and therefore leave hanging. NOT THESE GUYS, they never bat an eye whenever I called them and explained the problem, and they stood by their vehicle, (my vehicle) and the sale of it, and made the issue right and never in any way made me feel anything but comfortable that they would do the right thing. These guys aren't selling junk, they sell a good damn vehicle and they stand by them and their customers. I thank them, and want them and EVERYONE to know, that it's guys like the guys there at Ridley's that still gives me hope that not everyone is a crook, not everyone will do you wrong and these guys aren't in the business of doing their customers wrong, AND STAND BY THEIR WORD! VERY VERY RARE TO FIND GUYS LIKE THESE OUT HERE DOING GOOD BUSINESS. DON'T MISS A CHANCE TO DEAL WITH WITH THESE GUYS THEY'RE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH,WITHOUT A DOUBT! We purchased a truck from them the day before Thanksgiving and feel we got an excellent price on an awesome truck. They are very professional and we are extremely happy. Thank y'all again. We will definitely be back.
