Excellent service and attention for our new land rover purchase! We worked with Bryan Orr sales representative, Randy sales manager and Aj in the finance office. Very easy to work a deal and get to an agreement. I appreciated the ease to make the deal happen and their product knowledge and customer care. No need to fight for price as they were fairly valued. Definitely recommended to give them a chance to earn your business. The fields group also provided benefits such as free car washes and more which is a benefit to consider.

I recently bought a 2015 low mileage Land Rover LR4 from Land Rover Jacksonville. I was lucky enough to have Stanford "Liam" Beckford as my sales rep. I live in Atlanta and had to fully rely on, and trust, Liam for all the correct accurate information about the car, pictures, the inspection done by Land Rover Jacksonville, knowledge of the minor issues they found and the items they replaced as well as financing options. However, the best thing about Liam is that this car was a very hot commodity and Liam consistently went to bat for me with his management to allow me to buy it on my timetable. Several people were in line to buy the car and I was traveling overseas when I initially saw the car and made my initial inquiry. They were anxious to sell the car and Liam made sure I was the person who had first shot. Liam kept me totally abreast of the progress being made with the car, the bank loan options and the down payment requirements. When I picked up the car last Wednesday, it was in fantastic shape for a 9 year old car. I have always wanted an LR4, but it is hard to find a low mileage model in great shape and Land Rover Jacksonville didn't disappoint me. They replaced items (at my request) that I thought they wouldn't such as cup holders, cigarette lighter covers and windshield wipers. They even gave us a second key fob as the owner only turned in one I realize there were a lot of people, besides Liam, who physically worked on the car, the deal in general and the financing. All of them did a great job in my opinion. This is the third Range Rover and Land Rover we own and this car is my favorite. My wife was skeptical (to say the least) but she was quickly won over when she meet the staff (Liam in particular) and saw the car. Overall I am thrilled with the car and the condition it is in. The only minor minor negative I can make, it the car was not as well detailed as I expected. Again, minor in my mind. Liam, thank you for being a great sales rep.

Randi Morgan was super helpful throughout the process of building, ordering, and picking up our Defender. Very responsive and always available. Diligent and thorough in her updates. Bill Bingham was also extremely patient and efficient in guiding us through the financials. All in all, one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences we’ve had in purchasing a car.

I walked into Land Rover Jax and Drew Byers was finishing up with a customer. He quickly came over to me and asked how he could be of assistance. I appreciate how knowledgeable, patient, and helpful he is. During many visits, I had originally intended to buy a Defender, but Drew's expertise helped me realize that a Range Rover Sport was a better fit for me, especially as a female. If it wasn't for his guidance, I would have ended up ordering a car that I wouldn't have enjoyed. Overall, I had a great experience at Land Rover Jax thanks to Drew's excellent service. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go to Land Rover and specifically ask for Drew. He is an awesome sales guy!

Appreciate the Jax Range Rover team. Starting working with Taylor over the summer trying to track down the right Sport with options I wanted. The right vehicle was found and trucked in just before Christmas. I appreciate the service rides and constant communication. The Fields crew did excellent work.
