After having ordered a Bronco Raptor from another dealership in November of 2023, I was met with many hurdles, lies and misrepresentations when it had arrived and it came time to finalize the deal. With heavy heart and conscience, I told them I would no longer be purchasing the vehicle. That same day, as luck would have it, I searched on-line to see what else was out there and Lake Ford had the Ford Bronco Raptor that fit everything I wanted! I stopped out that afternoon to see it and called Nathan, the salesman that answered my on-line search. I have NEVER called a salesman before; I usually ran from them! He met me at the door, listened to my story and understood that I did not want to "play the game" and was a serious buyer. This was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I have ever made. From my salesman, to the general manager and the financial office . . . I am very pleased with all the people I dealt with! After indicating that he he had only been there for 8 months and never had sold a Bronco Raptor before, I was happy to finally purchase the vehicle I have wanted for years and that Nathan was the one who made the sale!!! Process was smooth and fast. Petko was prompt and responsive. The dealership itself is beautiful as well. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars was I don’t believe the truck I purchased had been detailed at all. Not that it was a mess, but it could have used a little love.
