This was one of the best vehicle purchasing experience I have had. I absolutely loved Darius and Shandra. I felt like I was treated like family by both of them. Darius advocated for me to get me the deal I needed. Both of them called a few days after the purchase to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle & that I was still happy with the vehicle. The vehicle was pristine. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I would do business with them again.

Best buying experience! I inquired about the vehicle and Jackson Allan immediately called me back! I arrived early, but Jackson was there to introduce himself and politely let me know he was currently with another customer. He did not make me wait and had Tyler come out to help get me in the car to take a look. Drove it and bought it! Jackson had the pricing......no going back and forth with the "let me go talk to my manager". He walked me over to Rose to sign papers and deal was done! I had a great experience with Jackson and the whole Victory Team. The process was easy, quick and good people. We will be back for our next vehicle!!!!!!

I started by getting a human immediately answering the phone, not an computer attendant. They promptly got me to Montana the sales associate and she worked with the Sales Manager Tyler to take my information and put my deal together in just a few minutes. Definitely would buy here again. They are simple, friendly, and genuine with their customers.

I had a great experience at Victory Chevrolet. My only complaint is that they paid less than Kelly Blue Book trade in value for my trade in of my car and then listed it for over Kelly Blue Book retail value. But other than that I am happy with the experience and the vehicle they provided me. Jackson was very personable and helpful.
