I love my new car and Mike was awesome in selling it to me and he was patient and accommodating every bit of the way. So. Let me start with a couple things. Pretty much every car buying experience I've ever had has been a nightmare. From buying cars used, dealing with an awful dealership, or trusting things said to me when I shouldn't have. Naturally, I came in with a little bit of skepticism. And while, I can't speak for every salesman, I worked with Jeremy (ask for him, seriously), the car financing experience here was downright amazing. I talked his ear off with question after question, hypothetical after worry, and every single time he managed to alleviate my worries. I haven't had many times where I've done business with someone this honest and empathetic. Literally almost unheard of in this industry. And as a self employed person through Uber, even with $6500 a month paychecks, it's hard to get approved for a car at any dealership. He got me into a 2019 Chevy, in literally two hours. I have to say, I was impressed and beyond satisfied when I walked out the door. Give them a shot. If you need a place to listen to you and your story and help you rebuild, this is the place.
