We had a good experience at Sunrise Ford; I give EJ in sales 5 ?????????? and Charles in finance was helpful and accommodating. The car wash was awful but we had it cleaned the next day. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for experience is because the process took FOREVER and car came back dirty twice and the big AND was the whole process took over 5 hrs! We already knew the car, we have a great credit score, my husband use to sell cars, build and race Mustangs, etc…since this particular place is not a private dealership they had certain protocols to follow. I understand but this system was tortuous. But we do love the new Mustang. Thank you. ????

From day 1 Bill was great to deal with. Not pushy or aggressive at all! In fact he told me even if I didn’t buy he was happy I came in. I could see he love his position and care about people. Manager Mark was great too! Funny and easy going. He was patient and work on helping me get the best deal possible. And Charles was an added bonus to this great team.
