I recently purchased a car and they were all great, easy and painless. Then I realized my temp tag was going to expire the next day. Called and they said the plates would not be in until that day also. I had to work late heat night and couldn't pick them up. Talked to Juan and explained my problem, and he went over and above what he had to do and went way out of his way to bring my plates to my work in Richland.
