This is my second time buying a car from Auto Plaza. It's so much different than your traditional car dealer. First of all you actually feel welcome, not uncomfortable. Secondly they listen to what exactly you are looking for and will not try to pressure you into something different just to get a sale. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Both times I've bought cars here I've felt as if I've made new friendships. I can't recommend them high enough if you are in the market for a quality used car.

Wonderful people. Nice, small, family run business. Not pushy and no pressure. Willing to take their time and work with you, yet once you know what you want and can afford, they get the ball rolling! Offered first oil change free, then got me in and out in about 40 minutes, the same day I called to make the appointment. I think they're the greatest. The owner is really nice and worked with me to help me get my phone synced to the car. Holly runs the service department right on site there and let me know when I would need to come in for services like fluids, tire rotation, tune up, etc... That's perfect for someone like me who doesn't know about those things, other than they need to be done. I would recommend them, and would go there again myself. Lastly, I didn't find out until after the fact, I just needed a safe and reliable car, but when I looked up the Kelly blue book value , I found that I had been charged well within the range that was quoted. I'm thankful they were there for me.
