My experience with Gatway has been great! Our sales person is Kevin and we started talking to him over a year ago about what we wanted. We worked though vehicle shortages and us being a little bit of a picky/slow buyer. But Kevin never made us feel like a burden or like we were wasting his time. We had tons of questions along the way and he is always very quick to answer and honest in his response. Once we finally purchased our vehicle it has to be brought in from another dealer and there were a couple minor cosmetic things wrong. Gateway assured me they will take care of it so that my vehicle is in perfect condition. Thank you Kevin and Brad!!

We were on day 3 of a long trip home when we had a little mishap with our seatbelt. A penny fell into the open buckle in the driver's side. Luckily we were right in Fargo and found Gateway Hyundai. Salesperson Allan tried to help, but then directed us to service dept. Luke Bentley was awesome- he helped us right away and got us back on the road!! Thank you so much!!
