I scheduled an oil change from the Ford app on my phone. Easy. I pulled in to service and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to Ashley. She was super nice and made the wait time seem to fly by. They did an all points inspection AND washed and vacuumed my car at no additional charge. I was very impressed by the customer service and WILL be back!

Overall our experience was really good here at AutoNation OP. I’ll spare the details for brevity’s sake, but suffice to say that, at least at this time, we would definitely recommend them for your next Ford purchase. Michael Neal Jr. was our first point of contact online and he worked with us up through the final purchase. He is a man of his word. I have to also mention Chris and Christine, who both helped to get us where we needed to be with our final agreement and service arrangements. I highly recommend this team.
