I called and inquired about a vehicle. While talking to the salesman ( Jose ) he started getting loud and was very unprofessional. The salesman then hung up on me as I was talking. UPDATE: I called back after being hung up on from the first guy mentioned above and had another salesman Steven answer the phone. He was quite honestly the nicest most sincere person I've EVER dealt with. He not only made sure I spoke to a supervisor BUT made sure he took care of any questions I had in regards to the car I was inquiring about. After explaining my situation with the manager I began to work with Steven and in short he was AWESOME! And was a great experience. Steven was awesome to work with and quite honestly the best salesman I've EVER dealt with. The whole experience was smooth with this experienced salesman. I am deeply grateful to have worked with him and the rest of the team and BIG M has been great as well. Thanks again Steven & Big M team for the awesome experience & making this smooth after the first bad initial experience. - lesson one bad experience doesn't reflect on the whole organization.
