I can’t believe the customer service that I received at Capital Ford of Wilmington. My salesman, Jackson did a great job of explaining and going over everything with me. He was very easy to talk to and deal with. The business manager, Taylor was awesome as well. He done a great job with explaining all paper work and in a timely manner. I purchased a Nissan rogue in 2018 and have had nothing but the best experiences. The car has been perfect, the sales and service team have been phenomenal. The service team has always been professional and polite. The one time I had a question, the service manager Cheryl called me personally and answered my question. I am so impressed with their team. I recently purchased my second Rogue and am in love with the 2023 SL model. I would highly recommend Capital Nissan and their team.
