Recently bought my new car from Billy Howell Ford and I can't say enough about Joe Nguyen, our sales guy. He was amazing start to finish. So often when you buy a car the minute you drive off the lot your sales person is not very helpful. Not with Joe, he continues to check on our experience, what we need and remains there for us to answer any questions we have. The whole process what smooth and fast and we felt very taken care of.

We just recently bought a new 2024 Ford Explorer and could not have had a better experience. Our salesman was Joseph Nguyen and he made the process very enjoyable, he gave us multiple options, he allowed us to take a test drive without requiring to ride with us. This gave us the opportunity to discuss whether or not the car was right for us without that added pressure. He was also very accommodating to our budget. Thank you for the great experience!
