My wife and I had a great experience from start to finish at Volkswagen of Peoria! We live in Ohio, but were able to work out everything remotely and fly in to take delivery of the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was top notch. Katelyn Cole, Mike Carnegie, Lucas Dam, and Michael Boyd all made this a great experience! A special shout out to Mike Carnegie! Mike spent the better part of the day working out a deal with me remotely. Worked to get me the deal and financing I was looking for. Picked me up at the airport when I flew in. Dedicated his time going in detail through the features of the vehicle in person. Followed up multiple times after the purchase to make sure all my needs were met. Outstanding customer service! My wife loves her Tiguan!

I was unfamiliar with the service department and processes so having the service personnel talk me through all the steps was very helpful. He checked on me as I sat in the waiting area and kept following up with updates. I felt well taken care of. In addition, the vehicle wash was a bonus value-add!
