I wanted to give a Big Texas Praise to the folks at Lithia CC. I had an issue with my Ram 2500 and spoke to Mark Roman. Great guy, excellent customer service! I explained I had a few special needs and needed my truck back quickly for a medical procedure in SA. Mark told me he would put his best man on it and I got it back earlier than expected. Service Tech Mr. Darrick, I gotta give you a Big Texas Praise here, my truck ran better, fuel mileage to SA was way better than before, truck runs smooth, sounds and feels correct and I would say runs perfectly.
