I’m a small business owner and rely heavily on my vehicle. I get my work truck serviced here and every day my vehicle is in the shop, I can’t earn and I lose money. Hunter, the sales manager was very helpful and very knowledgeable, & I worked with a salesman named Jacob , who was very patient, answered all of my questions, and showed me everything about my car and helped me set up my Apple car play and OnStar. The salesman also gave me his card and told me to call him anytime with questions. Going to Billion Auto was worth the 1 & 1/2 hour drive to get that kind of customer service. Thank you Billion Auto for the wonderful experience, we don’t get from dealerships in my hometown. If I ever need another car, I will definitely go back to Billion Auto.

So thankful for the excellent service and fast response by Rob Barlow. While pulling our 5th wheel camper from Arizona to Michigan the transmission failed on Sunday morning in Iowa City. Monday morning at 8 am Rob pulled it in the shop, got it on the rack and diagnosed. They completed it Monday afternoon and got us back on the road 1st thing Tuesday morning.
