Extremely helpful and attentive staff. We have never leased before only purchased but Janice and Cullen explained the process very well. Cullen found the car we wanted and continued to communicate with us whilst in New York until we took possession in Tallahassee. We would certainly recommend Capital Volvo for leasing of there vehicles.

Capital Volvo and the staff are quite honestly the best! Brad was great to work with, very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole process. We had a wonderful experience at Capital Volvo. This was our 2nd XC90 purchase. Michael Phillips was our salesman and he was exemplary in ever area. Our first XC90 was 10 years old so we weren’t up to date on all of the new features but Michael was very patient and went over every single feature with us. He worked us out a great deal and we are 100% pleased with every aspect of this experience due to him walking us through it all. We are older and this kind patient young man will never be forgotten by the two of us. And he even took photos of us with the new ride!
