Stress is Non Existent in Auto Resource ! I want to say with the stress of my trucking business relying on finding a good Diesel truck to carry on as my main truck is at the doctor's, these fine fellows, BJ and Shane helped us get into a solid truck to haul with. During the testing of this trucks ability to be my work mule, they were truly accommodating!! They must have confidence in the vehicles they sell to let me take all the time I needed to test and decide. As for the purchase, they didn't waist our time, after we were sure of the purchase we were in and out on bank work and signing in 45 min! Wow! I am grateful to Y'all and Will be back I know .

Huge shout out to Perry Bailey for dealing with me the last few months of looking at vehicles. After seeing many other options we turned back to Auto Resource for our purchase. Perry was quick to show us the recent options available and was tremendous at the good, bad, and ugly of the vehicles we looked at. We came in to Auto Resource middle of May. Our hands were absolutely tied after buying a vehicle from a different dealership a few months prior, that was discovered to have a failing engine. Even knowing how desperate we were to have a safe and reliable vehicle, Shane B. didn’t take any advantage of us, he was very knowledgeable and made extra sure that we were comfortable with the process and purchase. We were able to trade in the previous POS vehicle and go home that same day with a reliable and clean vehicle. I appreciated Shane’s willingness to work with us, with how little we had, and not screw us over. I waited some time before writing a review to make sure the initial experience held true, and it most certainly has. Auto resource is great! I've bought two cars from them and every time they pull strings to help me get into something nice and reliable, which is a must as a single income family. I'm always out the door in a new car in under two hours. If my car has had problems during purchase, or shortly after, they've offered to fix it for me. I can't recommend them enough!

I decided to go around to look at cars because I knew I was going to need a new one pretty soon. I had stopped at Auto Resource to look at a car I had seen on their website. Unfortunately, that car had sold prior to me coming in. I decided to look around the lot and Perry had recommended that I take a look at this gorgeous 2016 Chrysler 200 Limited. After taking it for a test drive, we went into talk about how to get me into a new car because I have no credit history. Perry, was able to get me approved for a first time car loan, which shocked us both!! I told Perry how much I needed a new car, I loved the car but wanted to think it over overnight. Perry, suggested that I take the Chrysler home overnight to give myself time with it and time to think it through. Which I did!! I went back the next day and bought it. From the moment I pulled into their lot, Perry and BJ were extremely helpful, there was never any pressure to buy that car or any other car from them. They treated me like family. They answered all my questions, they listened to all my concerns and gave me time to make sure I was making the right decision for me. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone in need of a new car. The way they helped me, when no one else would was truly great and appreciated.
