My husband and I were looking for a used car for several weeks working side by side with Peyton. She would text us any time something came into the dealership lot that we might be interested in. As we visited weekly, we became close friends with her, the staff (Steve is just the BEST also), and Dave (the manager). After several weeks, Peyton found the absolute perfect car for us- a 2016 Camaro Turbo with just over 40k miles on it and in pristine condition! Peyton worked hard for us in negotiating a final price and Dave, the manager met us in the middle of our wanted price. The negations were smooth and quick. By quick, I mean within 30 minutes, we drove off the lot with our dream car. The EXCEPTIONAL customer service that Peyton and the whole sales team showed us was a phenomenal experience. They made us feel like family, VIP service! Soon after having the car, the air conditioner was having a few problems. I love new Outlander PHEV and the folks at Bill Holt made it a painless process. We had to travel quite a ways to reach them and they helped us out with multiple phone calls, emails, and pictures as we went through the process. When we arrived it was a super quick sign the papers and go situation! Peyton was amazing and helped me get started with the app and hook up my CarPlay. She was patient and fun to chat with! She made sure multiple times that I had asked any questions I had and told me to reach out if one comes up that I missed. The dealership itself was clean and inviting. I would 100% recommend Bill Holt Mitsubishi to anyone searching for a new ride, even if you’re from out of state!

I came by Bill Holt Mitsubishi on Thursday to come buy a car I had been hoping for and looking at for a bit and had such a wonderful buying experience! Everyone was so friendly there and helpful and even texted me updates about my car and had it ready for me when u got there. Jason helped us out for most of the process and was a tremendous help and so patient and helping us in any way possible! This was such a positive buying experience and I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who will be looking for a car!
