What an experience! Found the one I liked on the website and called to come see it. When we got there, Dave already had it out front ready to go. We did the usual walk around and test drive, then we went inside and started some negotiations. Everything and everyone was extremely professional and we cut an amazing deal on my new 2024 Integra A Spec with Technology package. The facility was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the Dave was extremely kind, courteous, and willing to work with us until we met our needs. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. The whole procedure was quick and we were in and out in about 3 hours. If you’re in the market for an Acura, this is the place to go.

I had an amazing experience with Jason Megna. This was my second time buying a car from him. I really appreciate his honesty and communication. He made the process so easy. I will definitely be back and see him again.

My experience at Elk Grove Acura was beyond outstanding! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! My salesman (Jason) was very informative and respectful in my quest for my perfect car! Elk Grove Acura’s perfection didn’t end there, my finance guy, all the way up was magnificent! I am SO happy with my treatment and purchase! I completely recommend them when looking to purchase a car!

I purchased a 2022 Acura TLX Type S in December 2021. Which is my second vehicle I have purchased from the dealership. This is when the dealership was owned by Lasher Automotive. At the time of signing the contract, I've paid for tinting for the amount of $399. Never got the car tinted. Kind of forgotten about it since I've never had any of my car tinted or get a refund since the product has never been installed. So, I decided to give the dealership a call to see if I can get my car tinted. Spoke to one of the persons in charge of finance about this matter. He had explained to me that the dealership was sold to another automotive group called Knight in December 2022. Telling me that because I bought the car through Lasher Automotive, they probably wouldn't be able to honor the tinting of the car or even a refund. Even if it is in the contract. Simply because they weren't the one that sold me the car. If a new automotive group takes ownership of the dealership, should past customer be considered their customer also? Therefore, they are not taking care of their customers. The finance guy told me that he will have a talk with their GM. Never got a phone call back. I find that very un-professional. Don't tell a guy that you are going to call back when you in fact not planning to. Let me just say, I take a loss on that matter. Don't get me wrong, Acura makes great car. I will definitely buy another Acura. Definitely not through that dealership. I'm just unhappy how things get handle through the transition. It is that simple. If you buy a company and assume its operation, you take ownership of your customers. One star only because Acura has great cars. I definitely don't recommend this dealership any future Acura owners. UPDATE: After originally writing this review, management team contacted us about the issue and wanted to get problem fixed and make it right the next day. I was open to working with them knowing that it is unfair to let that one bad apple ruin the dealership great reputation. I dropped the car off for a full day and they even offered me a loaner so I would have a car to drive back home. The end result, I was very happy and satisfied. THANK YOU very much management team for reaching out and stepping up to getting this right. I definitely recommend this dealership to others looking to purchase an ACURA vehicle. You really can't go wrong when you have a management team that got your back. I for sure will be back to purchase another vehicle for my children in the near future.
