Went looking for a used SUV on a Sunday afternoon. Was so surprised that so many car dealerships were closed. Drove to Jeff Wyler in Eastgate and saw rows and rows of used cars, many SUVs and most in really great shape. KC Williamson was running all over the lot taking care of a number of customers and stopping by to see if we had any questions. Most cars were unlocked so we were able to get in and check them out. We happened upon a 2021 Santa Fe Blue Hybrid and my daughter sat in it. She was amazed at how comfortable the seat was. I kind of had my heart set on a Lincoln Mkc but after test driving the Hyundai, reading reviews and noticing it had only 13,000 miles I was ready to see I KC could make me a deal I could live with. After a small snafu we were able to come to an agreement I was happy with and he sent his son(Arius), who also works there to clean the car up and get it ready for me. Next Mr Tony in financing did my paperwork and KC brought my new car to me all ready to go home. I really couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience, without being bothered too much or harassed while I was deciding. Thanks KC Terry

I've learned I don't like car shopping. Antonio, my sales guy, was great and tried helping all he could. He was very positive and encouraging in wanting to find and get exactly what I wanted. The downside for me was the first financing guy, he was rude and snotty. I also had browsed online at Tyler and when on the lot, the same deals as online were not there. Unfortunately I paid a bit more for my car than I wanted but I also was very tired of the whole experience and needed a vehicle. Thank you Antonio for all your hard work and help!
