Alphorn Ford was my best experience and I have been buying car for quite some time. I found a car online since we live 135 miles away. Nick was the one who reached out and was helping us through the whole process. All was done over video and email. Car was delivered to us. Process of buying the car this time was the best ever. We loved our experience with Alphorn Ford! Dustin was extremely helpful and patient with us. We bought my wife a 2021 Chevy Tahoe from Ryan and they were wonderful to work with. We live 5 hours from there location and we were able to do everything by phone and email. They made the process seamless and treated us very fair.

It has been 8 years or more since we've bought a vehicle from Alphorn because of the way we were treated by the previous staff. With many years gone by, we thought we've give Alphorn another try, hoping the dealership was under new management. We also found a vehicle online that peaked our interest and decided to take a chance. Needless to say, my husband and I were blown away by the new management and staff!!! They're absolutely amazing and bent over backwards for us. I can't stress how caring and hardworking they were. Our salesman was Nick Tadych....WOW is the word that comes to mind. He is very down to earth, understanding, knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, and went above and beyond our expectations. In the end, we purchased a beautiful 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and are ecstatic. Alphorn Ford is definitely our go to place from here on out! If your thinking of buying a vehicle...go to Alphorn! Alphorn Ford of Monroe has always don’t a great job for me Great customer service! The sales team is great Last week I had a service appointment set for Friday afternoon to do maintenance on my truck. Wednesday afternoon I had an unexpected nail in my Tire. Alphorn got me in right away Wednesday afternoon and fixed the tire but also moved me up to do the maintenance to save me a trip on Friday. Great Service! Thanks
