Showed up to the dealership already knowing what I wanted. Before I knew it I was driving home in my new Audi. LaVance had me in and out. He made the process smooth and pain less. He stay very calm and soft spoken and did his job very well. Would definitely recommend him to anyone I know!

Unfortunately I wasn't looking forward to buying a new car because I knew what a hassle it would be going to the dealership as a former car salesman. I was able to negotiate the price of the vehicle before stepping into the dealership which made the buying experience so much easier. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle and upon entering the dealership, I wasn't immediately harassed by a sales associate which was refreshing. I went to the front desk and they promptly greeted me. While I was waiting for Matt, my sales associate, I was offered complimentary drinks and snacks. Matt was great. He was laidback, friendly and was able to answer any and all of my questions. I never felt pressured or was made to feel uncomfortable. After purchasing the car and taking delivery, I received several calls and emails to follow up on my experience. Matt also followed up with me to schedule a service appointment after discovering a small issue upon delivery. I have nothing but good things to say about Lexus of Tampa Bay and the entire car buying experience. The only downside is you're going to spend hours at the dealership so make sure you allocate enough time and are flexible.

I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed this entire experience. The rep, “Anik Islam” made my first luxury car buying experience 10 OUT OF 10. I legit had to say, “I need to get out of here because I’m going to keep buying things cause he’s too good.” I went in there only to see a Lexus in person but had Tesla plugged in my GPS ready to go there. I never made it to Tesla. His knowledge, understanding, and care made it such an enjoyable experience. I never felt any pressure or anything that you typically hear about from car salesman. He answered my questions quick and smartly. I felt SO COMFORTABLE AND AT PEACE with this purchase. Could not recommend Lexus of Tampa Bay enough.

Had an exceptional experience buying our RX350h this past week. We were able to test drive multiple cars and felt like we had as much time as needed to do so.Ample inventory to choose from. Sales Advisor was pleasant and very knowledgeable and was able to guide us throughout entire process without any pressure as my wife and I went back and forth over options. We were able to negotiate a very good price on new unit and got a fair trade in value while we were there as support sales manager got involved and further helped us. All in all a great experience.
