My wife and I want to express our appreciation to Corbin, Chuck and Wilson in the Service Department. We came in with a potential transmission issue and they invested a great deal of time to help us understand the potential problem and our options. After careful diagnosis, they informed us that the transmission was fine; it just needed a flushing and refill. That was very good news. We originally bought the car from Bernardi in Natick and live south of Boston, so the 50-minute trip is not one we would want to do regularly but it's critical that customers can trust what a service advisor says, particularly when the potential issue could be a very costly one. We were fully comfortable with the service department team and felt they would deliver nothing but a valid assessment. I mention this because there is another Honda dealer near us that seems to report repairs "that need to be addressed immediately" every time the car goes in for an oil change. It's refreshing to deal with professionals like the Bernardi team!
