I had never purchased a car from a small lot dealer, so I was somewhat nervous going into it. I did some online research on their inventory and was very excited to see a lower mileage Honda CR-V that checked off all of the boxes I was looking for, at a very reasonable price. Also, their website was transparent. No gimmicks and all cars had Carfax reports available to check their histories. I reached out to Ali and asked if the Honda was still available, which it was. I set up a time to check the car out and take a test drive. I was so relieved by Ali's demeanor when I arrived. There was ZERO PRESSURE and no rush to get me to purchase the car during my visit. He answered the questions I had, he explained the warranty for the vehicle, and really put me at ease about the process. I had a couple other appointments to look at similar models, and can tell you that Auto Choice (specifically Ali) is DIFFERENT. I bought the car from Ali with confidence, feeling like it was a great deal. The car had small issues that were taken care of by Ali, with no inconvenience to me, shortly after my purchase (a part on back order, a key replacement, and a slow tire leak). Auto Choice stands behind their cars and wants to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your experience and purchase. How refreshing! I can tell you this...when the time comes to purchase another car, I will definitely give Ali and Auto Choice a call. Five stars all the way!

Purchased a 2013 F-150 about 3 weeks ago now from Auto Choice. Ali and Jeremy were fantastic! I had emailed and spoken with Jeremy over the phone prior to making a trip to see the truck and had everything worked out before I went. Jeremy was great to deal with over the phone and didn't pressure me, shot me straight up and was very fair and honest with me. When I made the 4 hour drive, Ali was there and stayed late for me to come in, had everything ready and I was in and out with the truck within about 30 minutes. My biggest compliment was how well Jeremy worked with me on a small warranty item that needed to be taken care of that came up about two weeks after the purchase. Jeremy was honest, didn't dodge me and stayed with me the whole way, even being 4 hours away to work with me on what needed to be done. I worked with two different dealers locally to me to get a fair price and Jeremy took care of everything for me, no questions asked, without making me drive 4 hours back to use his mechanic. Jeremy worked better with me on this issue on a 7 year old vehicle than service I received from my dealer on my 3 year old vehicle I had a warranty issue on that still had the factory warranty on it.
